Job Description: The Bellman is one of the first employees the guest will come into contact with when arriving at the property. This position requires a high level of guest service and ability to communicate with the guests and employees of the hotel.Employee housing consists of several houses all within walking/biking distance of the hotel or on the bus route.Estimated cost of housing is -$100 - $125 per person/ per week. Security deposit is $100 per week and due at time of move in.

Bellmen: •Meet and greet all hotel guests •Assist guests and members with their luggage •Escorts incoming guests to their rooms check rooms to ensure they are in order offer information regarding features of rooms services of hotel and points of interest assist guests with special needs attend to group arrivals and departures receive and deliver items and messages for guests handle guest complaints and request and maintain luggage storage areas •Provide the highest level of guest service at all times
