Located in Big Sky, Montana we offer limitless outdoor activities and delicioius cowboy gourmet meals to our guests, all comforably presented in a premier year-round guest ranch. The 320 Guest Ranch history affords an intriguing window into the early days of Western tourism and Big Sky back in the day. The 320 Ranch is a remote location, but all the amenities that employees need are available. Free breakfast is served 7am-10am everyday, employees are encouraged to eat between 7-7:30am. Employees can also eat dinner in the saloon for a charge. Every Monday night is a pig roast dinner that is free for employees. We have many other perks including opportunities to horseback ride, fly fish, visit Yellowstone National Park, hike, bike, attend BBQs, live music and rodeos.
