Trebuie sa seteze si reseteze mesele si sa duca vasele murdare la bucatarie, sa verifice ca mesele sa fie aprovizionate cu ustensile, servetele, pahare, fete de masa, decoratiuni de masă, și alimente cum ar fi untul, biscuiți sau pâine.
