The Back of House Employee helps creates an experience for our guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean comfortable and inviting environment. This position has many different working opportunities including: Line Cook, Utility Cook, Prep Cook, Kitchen Cleaner, Restroom Cleaner and Restaurant Cleaner. The Back of House Employee will help in all areas of the restaurant described above. The Restaurants at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach include two famous Dewey Beach favorites! The first being Que Pasa Dewey Beach; guests can enjoy beautiful bayside dining while sitting in the sand, sipping margaritas and enjoying the Mexican cuisine. The second restaurant is the Lighthouse Dewey Beach. Guests can sit on the outdoor deck overlooking the bay while enjoying the beautiful Dewey beach sunsets.
