Job Description: The Grand Sierra Resort Entertainment Department is seeking a talented and qualified individual to serve as a Bell Desk Agent. The role of the Bell Desk is to assist guests with luggage to and from hotel rooms. Help move conventions in and out of convention spaces. Provide limousine service for authorized guests. Complete specific “fronts”, which are derived from guest requests handled by the Bell desk, and assigned by the dispatcher, supervisor or other department director. Provide answers to a variety of questions from hotel guests. The Bell Desk Agent will ensure a hospitable, smooth and efficient operation in person and on the phone. This role is highly visible and interacts with sponsors, vendors, clients, and GSR Management. Leads by example at all times and provides the highest level of customer service to all guests, vendors and clients.
