Job Description: To provide the safest, most sanitary cookware and dinnerware possible in a clean, friendly, safe and efficient environment. Ensure all necessary prep is completed in timely manner. Prevent food contamination. Keep prep area clean at all times. Work at a rapid pace. Get along well with others. Continuous standing, walking, bending, balancing. Exposure to temperature changes. You will participate in all kitchen crew duties including dishwashing, prep cook, and cooking.
