Job Description: Gurney's is the only resort-style hotel in Newport. Server Assistant: Responsible for assisting the Servers in meeting guests’ food and beverage needs. Taking orders, keeping them organized, and timing the course of service for your guests. A Server is also responsible to make sure that he/she is not just an order taker, but that they are very well versed in the products available so they can guide the guests experience and sell.
