Job Description: Duties include, but not limited to: general maintenance and property upkeep, pool maintenance cleaning, cutting the grass, cleaning the motel's parking lot, keeping all the public areas cleaned at all times, taking the trash out, restocking linens and towels for the housekeepers, etc. Student need to respect all the duties assigned by the manager. Must communicate and understand English directions.

Maintenance Person: Responsabil pentru aranjarea mobilierului și echipamentului în scopul de a oferi pregătiri adecvate pentru evenimentele speciale; responsabil de curatenie, controalele de siguranta si de comunicare cu managementul in ceea ce priveste intretinerea generala a lucruririlor care pot necesita reparații de specialitate sau investiții semnificative.
