This small Alaskan business is owned by two young (sort of young) guys who first came to Denali as seasonal employees. The partners love working right outside the National Park and feel blessed to have the opportunity to live & work in the most beautiful place on earth. Our companies encompass several different restaurants, a hotel & two markets giving our employees a great opportunity for second jobs if desired in a different setting. Denali Park Salmon Bake is a high volume fast paced restaurant & bar. It has 4 dining rooms in a historical building on the side of a mountain. We serve fantastic Alaskan cuisine such as King Crab, elk burgers and sliders, yak-A-dillas and delicious seafood chowder. We have a a massive cocktail list and we are famous for our McKinley Margaritas & 49th State Brewing Co beers on draft. The "Bake" is the only local host of nightly events such as Karaoke, open mic night, J1 dance party night and live music every week end. This location is the place to be in Denali! The Bake's mission is to be Denali's landmark bar and restaurant. We are one of the few independent operations left in the area. All the other hotels and restaurants have been gobbled up by giant corporate conglomerates.

Barback: Responsabil pentru efectuarea cocktail-urilor si finisarea mincarurilor pregatite de catre bucatar, asistarea barmanului si a responsabil pentru mentinerea ordinii in perimetrul barului. De asemenea ca responsabilitate este deservirea clientilor si pastrarea stocului de bauturi/mincaruri. Lucrind in aceasta pozitie ai functia de a oferi doza de satisfactie si placere a oaspetilor, de creare a dispozitiei placute a acestora pentru intreaga durata a aflarii lor in local. Pozitia iti ofera posibilitatea de a cunoaste multi oameni noi din diverse regiuni, state, tari; de a dezvolta abilitatile de comunicare in limba engleza si de a obtine impresii asupra comportamentului diferitor nationalitati.
