Job Description: *BONUS: $0.50 per hour worked given upon completion of work agreement and as long as participant does not have employment or attendance issues. Denali Park Salmon Bake is a high volume fast paced restaurant & bar. It has 4 dining rooms in a historical building on the side of a mountain. We serve fantastic Alaskan cuisine such as King Crab, elk burgers and sliders, yak-A-dillas and delicious seafood chowder. We have a a massive cocktail list and we are famous for our McKinley Margaritas & 49th State Brewing Co beers on draft. The "Bake" is the only local host of nightly events such as Karaoke, open mic night, J1 dance party night and live music every week end. This location is the place to be in Denali! The Bake's mission is to be Denali's landmark bar and restaurant. We are one of the few independent operations left in the area. All the other hotels and restaurants have been gobbled up by giant corporate conglomerates.

Prep Cook: Responsabil pentru depozitarea, portionarea si pastrarea alimentelor in bucatarie. Trebuie sa cintareasca, spele, curete diverse alimente, sa pimeasca si stocheze alimente, sa pastreze in ordine ustensilele, frigidere si echipamentul la bucatarie. Lucrind in aceasta pozitie vei avea sansa de a cunoaste cum functioneaza procesul de lucru al echipei din bucatarie pentru a obtine satisfactia clientilor, vei vedea si invata cum se prepara delicioasele mincaruri traditional Americane si diverse mincaruri internationale in care vei fi implicat la direct in preparare. Acest job dezvolta capacitatea de gestionare a timpului eficient; ofera posibilitatea de a invata tehnici si retete de preparare a bucatelor noi; de a comunica cu angajatii americani in limba engleza astfel obtinind imbunatatirea nivelului acesteia.
