Guest Service Attendant: Responsabil pentru crearea bunei dispozitii a clientilor hotelului in zonele de reacreare. Trebuie sa furnizeze informatie oaspetilor; sa elibereze chei; sa efctueze rezervari; sa raspunda la apelurile telefonice; etc. Pozitia este o provocare, cuprinde task-uri variate și oferă posibilitatea de a cunoaște mulți oameni noi; de a dezvolta abilitatile de comunicare in limba engleza. Activind in aceasta pozitie vei avea onoarea si responsabilitatea de a reprezenta fata si numele hotelului, vei interactiona zilnic cu personalul, cu toate departamentele cunoscind minutios procesul de mentinere si dezvoltare a numelui acestuia, vei invata standartele pe care le urmeaza industria hoteliera pentru a fi renumit.
