Dishwasher/Utility: Your main position will be Dishwasher. You may also be asked to help out with prep cooking and receiving. Basic functions in the Heart-of-the-House include: • Receiving and ordering product • Making prep recipes and menu products to specifications • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, dish room and back dock • Practicing safety and sanitation standards • Having a sense of urgency • Communicating professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff • Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine • Stocking products • Recycling products
