Job Description: The breakfast attendant position will be early in the mornings and will include: • Provides personalized service to all guests. • Regularly communicates and converses with all guests. • Prepares food and beverages according to recipe. • Fully understands and complies with all food safety requirements. • Sets up breakfast area before guests begin to arrive; displays the food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner according to brand standards/requirements. • Efficiently replenishes buffet with food, beverages and/or supplies as needed.

Breakfast Attendant: THIS IS A MORNING POSITION! Primary responsibilities include setting up, monitoring, restocking and breaking down the breakfast buffet area, as well as cleaning up the area and resetting the dining room once breakfast is over. Specific Responsibilities will include: • monitoring the morning breakfast buffet area to keep all food, plates and silver wear fully stocked. • restocking food on the buffet as necessary • interact with customers and welcome them • clear dishes from tables when done and wipe down tables. • Dining room cleaning, sweeping, mopping and taking out trash will be expected. • Breaking down the breakfast buffet after breakfast and making sure the dining room is clean.
