Job Description: Participants will be working as lifeguards at the waterpark (indoor & outdoor) of Three Bears Lodge. Lifeguards must constantly monitor guests in pools and ensure that guests follow the park rules. Lifeguards will be next to or in chlorinated water and will be in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Participants will be standing, sitting, and walking for long periods of time. As a lifeguard, participants must ensure a safe and healthy environment for the swimmers and they must be able to recognize and react properly in emergency situations. Additional duties may include checking and maintaining specific chemical levels in the pool and operating the pool filtration system as well as cleaning the pool and surrounding area-deck, guard office, pump room, removing trash and enforcing facility rules and gate control. Participants may be cleaning toilets and be using cleaning chemicals. Participants will be working 36 hours per week, up to 8 hours per day.

Lifeguard: Responsabil pentru siguranta vizitatorilor piscinei. Trebuie sa patruleze si monitorizeze zona piscinei pentru a observa persoanele in pericol de innec. Trebuie sa ofere primul ajutor de reanimare in caz de necessitate, sa cunoasca tehincile de salvare si sa foloseasca corect utilajul de salvare. Activind in aceasta pozitie vei avea posibilitatea de a interactiona cu vizitatorii piscinelor; de a cunoaste spectrul larg de mentinere a piscinelor la standartele internationale de sanatate cit si standartele internationale de salvamar; de a dezvolta abilitatile de comunicare in limba engleza; de a petrece timpul in aer liber intr-o atmosfera distractiva si activa, acumulind experienta noua zi-de-zi si impresii asupra comportamentului diferitor nationalitati.
