Job Description: We are an independently owned local business right outside Denali National Park that focuses on ensuring our employees have a great experience in Alaska. This small Alaskan business is owned by two young (sort of young) guys who first came to Denali as seasonal employees. The partners love working right outside the National Park and feel blessed to have the opportunity to live & work in the most beautiful place on earth. Our companies encompass several different restaurants, a hotel & two markets giving our employees a great opportunity for second jobs if desired in a different setting. Denali Park Salmon Bake is a high volume fast paced restaurant & bar. It has 4 dining rooms in a historical building on the side of a mountain. We serve fantastic Alaskan cuisine such as King Crab, elk burgers and sliders, yak-A-dillas and delicious seafood chowder. We have a a massive cocktail list and we are famous for our McKinley Margaritas & 49th State Brewing Co beers on draft. The "Bake" is the only local host of nightly events such as Karaoke, open mic night, J1 dance party night and live music every week end. This location is the place to be in Denali! The Bake's mission is to be Denali's landmark bar and restaurant. We are one of the few independent operations left in the area. All the other hotels and restaurants have been gobbled up by giant corporate conglomerates.

Housekeeper: Responsabil pentru curatenia tuturor zonelor hotelului. Trebuie sa mentina standarde ridicate de curatenie in camerele oaspetilor si in holuri. Trebuie sa aspire, stearga praful, sa schimbe asternuturile, sa inlocuiasca prosoapele si articolele de toaleta etc. Acest job dezvolta capacitatea de gestionare a timpului eficient; ofera posibilitatea de a interactiona cu oaspetii hotelului; ajuta la mentinerea unei forme fizice bune. Lucrind in hotel vei avea posibilitatea de a interactiona cu personalul, cu toate departamentele cunoscind minutios procesul de mentinere a numelui acestuia, vei face parte dintr-o echipa energica, vei invata standartele pe care le urmeaza industria hoteliera pentru a fi renumit. De asemenea vei avea posibilitatea de a comunica direct cu oaspetii hotelului, acestia fiind din diferite regiuni, state, tari, socializind cu ei ai sansa de a-ti crea relatii de prietenie pentru intreaga viata, de a-ti imbunatati nivelul de engleza si de a obtine multe impresii ce tin de comportamentul si atitudinea diverselor nationalitati intilnite. Pentru straduinta manifestata in indeplinirea sarcinilor de a multumi fiecare oaspete ai posibilitatea de a fi rasplatit cu generozitatea acestuia exprimata in tipsuri.
