Job Description: Canobie Lake Park, based on skill set and need of the Park. Food Service Workers serve and replenish food from counters and steam tables and break down stations at the end of meal periods. Additional responsibilities include: clean and sanitize work stations, counters, steam tables and other equipment setting up stations with condiments and utensils brewing coffee and tea interaction with guests reading recipes and/or product directions estimating food requirements operating a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season and knead ingredients for cooking, serving and storing assisting in the preparation of foods inspecting work stations for compliance with service standards keeping records and requisition for supplies/equipment operating a cash register (or equivalent) receiving payments of cash, checks and charges from Guests or Team Members for goods or services, making change and issuing receipts.

Food Service Worker: Job duties include preparing sandwiches in front of customers, cleaning, food preparation, and cashier duties. Participants must be able to work with meat and touch all foods. Participants must take orders from customers, make sandwiches, and keep the customer happy.
